Cooking classes are a fun, “hands on” way to learn how to cook. Chef Ines takes the fuss out of cooking while teaching the class how to prepare four dishes. The class usually consists on the preparation of an appetizer, pasta course, entree and a dessert. Students are provided with recipes and class notes. After the class, the group enjoys the prepared product along with a hand picked wine to pair with the food.
Classes are limited to 8 students and they fill up quickly. The cost per person is $70+tax.
